No more than 30 words per slide
Not what you say, it’s how you say it
Be dumb, get to a basic level and build from there
Give a road map, tell the audience where you are headed
Avoid Um’s and Uh’s – take a breath instead!
Talk to a few people in the room, head-nodders are always helpful to look at
Get audience to participate
